I applied for Jan intake in Montreal Canada, but my medical report showed that I have TB scar(or something like that). I was asked to submit further report for Sputum smear and culture test. Now this test report takes two months to receive, so I had to apply for deferment from my college for May intake, which I did.
Last month my result came for the smear and culture test and it was negative. Then the hospital conducted an X Ray and consultation. I have done all the tests and the hospital has submitted the report to the embassy. That was March 7.
It has been more than 45 days since I have submitted all my documents. And I am yet to recieve a reply from Delhi High commission of Canada.
I have emailed them several times and I have received no reply from them. I have contacted them via their official query portal and got no reply.
What can I do at this point? SDS application should not take more than 45 days and it is highly unusual.

Hey did you got your visa ? I'm pretty sure I have scar on my lungs so I'm bit concerned about they may send me for additional Sputum test. Which will take almost two months. Did anyone got lucky with scar on their x-ray ?

Will take 3. Do you have previous x-rays. If they can compare to previous x-rays to see there are no changes you may not have to do a TB test. If you have to defer it will be up to the college whether they allow deferrals in that program.

Just after reading this while I'm depressed about the outcome, I got update on my gckey. Medical Passed.
Last year doctor told me about this scar but I didn't care about much. Never thought medical exam would be this lax. Thank god.
