Hi. I got invitation, I finished filling all forms and uploading all documents but at last stage, I can't get the payment webpage. It shows system generated error all times. It's been happening since 2 days from chrome, explorer and mozilla. Is it normal and what to do in this case?

if you filled your application before 19th nov and made payment after that, you need to go back and re-fill all your forms as CIC made some changes on Nov 19 which generate error for some applicants. many people had this issue and it was resolved by refilling forms specially personal history and educational history.

I only received Payment confirmation. No AOR on my account yet. My mind is occupied with so many thoughts due to this and I am really worried.

Do you see anything changes in status like Medicals passed, or BG Check has changed some status ? this might give a feeling of relief. Meanwhile keep calling CIC.

No change in any status. Waiting is the only option left with me.

there is nothing like AOR. The confirmation mail in mycic is what you get after submitting eAPR.

Sorry I did not get you. I got my ITA on 19th Oct and I applied on 29th Nov. All I am worried about is that my application is submitted but I do not have acknowledgement of receipt.

When you go to your page for application profile (from where you pasted your status for your application like medical/additional docs), if you scroll down you see a table/section for "application/messages"...do you have one row there or two? ideally you should have two
- one for confirmation of online transmission
- and another for AOR

do you only have one row there?

Hi I'm getting the exact same problem. I cannot proceed to the payment page for 2 days now. Is your situation resolved?
Does anyone here know of any technical difficulties with the payment processing page?

Till now, I have not received an AOR. Anybody in this forum who has submitted the application but AOR is not received?
