you can send an e-mail to CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca with your Name, Application number (Your Express Entry profile number, for instance), Type of application and AOR (application submission) date. They will get back to you with the UCI.
If they give you your UCI number, then it means your file has reached ottawa.

If it was me, i would have called CIC and would give them the same details of application number and payment confirmation number probably they will resend you....i got mine like in 10-15 mins after paying on nov 30

I called CIC and explained the situation. The answer was contacting technical team trough email to see what is the issue. Let me send them an email with details and will update when I get an answer back.

Hi. I got invitation, I finished filling all forms and uploading all documents but at last stage, I can't get the payment webpage. It shows system generated error all times. It's been happening since 2 days from chrome, explorer and mozilla. Is it normal and what to do in this case?
After going throght the forum, it seems like few people who have submitted eAPR on 29th Nov have not received an AOR. Please connect here and share your thoughts.
I am thinking - is it because of the fact that I said Yes to job offer in EE profile and then No in eAPR and then they have flagged my application as incomplete. I said No to job offer as i was not claiming any points for it.
