Hi,
I am in Canada on a valid work permit and my daughter is on a visitors record. I am travelling outside canada and i need to get TRV stamping for my 4 yr old daughter in India. I have applied for PR under CEC category. I am wondering if this will affect the TRV stamping for her. (as we need to mention about it in the application form)

Don't do it. While PR application is in process, 95% of times they don't give visitors visa to any dependent or spouse. This is because of the dual intention clause.
There are many cases in these threads where a child is born outside the country and parents being PR/under PR application, are unable to get visit visa for children because of the dual intention clause.
