Applied for any Canadian Immigration? Confused about answer to this question.

Hi
There is a col in the application form

Applied for any Canadian Immigration (eg Permanent resident,student, Worker, Temporary Resident(visitor), Temporary Rsident Permit).?

What should be the answer if i was there in canada on work permit for 4 months with validity of 6 months. I think that will not be counted as immigration.
But i am confused as in brackets above it is written worker.

Answer yes- NB: Worker, Visitor, TRP; you applied for, and got approved as a worker. Enter the details on the explanation part.
