There were so many policies during and after COVID so didn’t know which one you were referring to. You will not know if your application is being processed under this policy so you may not get many responses. Maybe provide details on when you applied and if you meet all conditions. I don’t think it changes processing for many people due to backlogs and staffing in various countries. Some counties have reduced processing times but some have increased.
