Applications after September/2011 in any NOC CONNECT HERE TO GET THE STATUS

i applied fr 3131, cic received on 13 th Oct 2011, cap reached on 29th nov 2011, whether i fall on cap or not.
when DD will get enchashed- Approx time line.

wow, congrats madhu. thanks for the info, guys now we can see that one more sep applicant (Madhu Yadav) has got PER and that in november last week. so making call to CIC is complete waste.... CIC has started working on September application more than a week ago.... Good luck guys......
