Congrats for your visa and COPR. Did you send the passports by post or you send it with a friend or relative by hand to London vis office? When are you planning to leave for Canada. Are you plning to go for short trip or for good to Canada.

More than a month passed and no reply for my CSE from LVO . Just applied for another CAIPS online. Even this thing I dont know when I will get the CAIPS, where no CSE reply since month, who'll send CAIPS notes so early.

Hi Dr Aman,
Are you planing to come back and continue job here than moving to Canada permanently? How will you get PR card if you come back before PR card is generated?
If you leave Canada before PR card is generated then you can not re entre Canada.
Please advise what should be action plan as you know how difficult is it for dentist to get registered in Canada. Even I am in 2 minds wheather to resign and go permanently to Canada or to make a short trip to Canada and come back.

I have been waiting for medicals since long and today I received my CAIPS/GCMS notes in which VO has said that he/she has found 2 FOSS id associated with me and they need to be linked together. In one ID it is showing that I have been to Canada and even I was refused for some SP application.
I have never been to Canada infact I have not done any international travel and I don't even know what does this SP application mean?
VO notes are :
File reviewed. Note that two FOSS ids associated with PA - 123455(my file number) AND 654321 (I don't know whose number is it). Will require a merge. I have reviewed the documents presented and am satisfied that PA's relative indeed resides in Canada. Also, based on the bank statements provided, I'm satisfied the PA has sufficient settlement funds.
Also note that the PA's other FOSS ID indicates previous visit to Canada and then previous refusal of SP application to Canada. Yet PA has answered "NO" to all statutory questions. LES action:
-please ask PA to provide details regarding any previous applications for temporary residence to Canada - including TRV or SP, as well as outcome of those applications.
Please suggest what should I do now??? These comments were made on 23 April 2013.
I rcvd my CAIPS notes today exact after one month. There is S 16(1) (c) which is since they have doubt on my job and this is the third CAIPS with this code, but today in this new one there is also S 19(1) on one page with S 16(1)(C). What does this code stand for now? Case is in process but I didnt note any change. ??? worried guys. Please help with ur opinions and suggestions.
