Coming December 2012 will be 2nd Anniversary of my application.How long I have to wait Allah knows?waiting for PPR...

You will not have to wait more, Inshallah. Now as they have accelerated the process, ur PPR can be around the corner. May be they have planned to surprise u with an anniversary gift.

Its been a long time, I've not replied.
I had lost all my hopes with regards to the Visa.

Today i have got a mail for my Medicals\IMM5669\Payment of fees\PCC and Passport to be submitted.

I was glad to know that my application still is in progress and now hopefully at the final stage.

My family and I received our Passport/Visa and Confirmation of Permanent Residency (COPR) on the 01/11/2012. We are over the moon.

Hello All,

Just found a status update on E-Cas.

Address Change: It used to be my complete Mississauga (Toronto) Address and now it just shows Mississauga (city), ON (state), canada.
Status: Decision Made
Description: A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

My passports were received by canada consulate on wednesday last week and today is the status update. Happy to see this.

Challenge is: I am in a crunch time and I need my passports back ASAP. I sent fedex return envelope along with passports which has tracking number and I still dont have the tracking notes. It still says not found, meaning courier not initiated yet. So, I dont know when will they ship my passports.

Question is: Does any one has any idea how long it will take for them to send my passports to me?
