Yes it has been quiet here on this long wait, I'm wondering where some of the Buffalo applicants are that were transferred before the VO closed. Like where is Rod (thebeast)?

yeah so quiet...I sent an email to Ottawa some days ago asking about submitting new documentations but only received its automatic message so far. I completed my degree and would like to send them the completion paper and probably a new job offer etc. If I don't hear from them, do you guys think I can still send them the new documentations? Please kindly advise.

Congratulations on completing the Degree and the Job offer

Yes you can and you should. The rules mandates that the applicant has to inform the VO if there is any change in the status or any updation. Completion of Degree and a job offer ( with you accepting the job offer) is something that your VO should know.

Not sure how much time would it take but shouldn't take too long.

MR is clubbed with PPR and RPRF for NDVO applications.
