I m a SEp 2010 applicant i want to share some of my experienc with u
My case was In process on 2 dec 2011.....i waited for the communication from VO.....in March i asked for communication.... in which they responded in april last that a letter was sent to you in january.....i was upset as i didnot received any such letter....on 27th May they sent me a 15 days notice to submit documents mentioned in January's letter....immidiately i took note and sent a email enquiry and a fax to VO that i have not received any letter therefore how could i send the documents when i dont know what is to be submitted
in response to my request they sent Medical RPRF passport request on 5 June and old request letter dated january 2012 with a request to submit all documents by March 2012.
Now i m submitting all these documents at the earliest with a note that request letter dated january 2012 is received in June
Moral : Never wait for the VO to communicate with you. Once ur case is In Process....ask for communicattion atlest once in very month
Good to know about your medical be healthy for medical
I have also in process from 7 Dec 2011 and still in process, even i was send CSE on 14 april got reply from NDVO on 18 May, reply was --- Further review require for your application ---
I keep my fingers cross for you, we applied around same time, i know how its frustrating to wait. Best of luck to you, and as speedy processing as it can be ))))
My medical recd line appeared on ECAS on 24 May now today I can see the status DECISION MADE and inside it says.. Decision has been made on your application. The Office will contact you concerning this decision...
Does that mean I can get the PPR anytime now.. how long do i have to wait...
is this the normal practice that status change into DECISION MADE before sending PPR....
Good luck to everyone and congratulations to those who have received good news recently!
I just received my passport with the canadian visa stamped and COPR form!
It is quite a pleasing news. Although the info on the forms/stamp look correct, the visa stamp on the passport does not have my picture on it. Is that fairly standard?
Does anyone know?
Thanks!

Our office is NYVO, we paid RFPR and did medicals in March and e-cas (med results received) appeared shortly thereafter , but I guess we got warehoused by NYVO. It's annoying, they just collect fees and do nothing thereafter...
Good luck to everyone and congratulations to those who have received good news recently!

I think it's easy to advise patience when you have already landed ;D
I don't think at all that we are there. Every day brings a new proof that nobody knows where it's headed.
With C-38 vs court order, they may delay all files (pre 2008 because s 87 allows summary closure and post 2010 because 'in case if they have to process pre-2008'...
It is a virus of corruption and destruction that spreads all over. Now Canada is the new victim of a disease.
Some day these Westerners have learned that 99% of the rest of the world societies and governments exist by lying and doing all kind of screw-ups. And they asked "Why not us? Why can't we screw people in our own backyard just as they are screwed all over the world?"
End of story.
I wish we could withdraw our apps but now we can't get all refunds, we can only claim RFPR fees.
These *censored word*s just collect our money to invest on long term CD's while they warehouse our lives.
I always communicate with them through the case specific enquiry online form at the following link:
