Though I am not related to this thread, I am asking you this question as it is a general question.
I received an Updated POF request from NDVO after I submitted my medicals in December 2012. They gave me 30 days to provide with that.
Now my question is can I transfer funds from US (my brother is in US and he is gifting me the money) to my account in India and show that as POF. Will the Visa office accept this as my money and treat it as POF.
pls see the below message when i tried to log in e-cas...this exists for last 4-5 days..my firends had the same issue...but got ready day before y'day...mine still like this...why so?
