Just wondering if you were notified where was your file transferred? I did not get any notifications and I was wondering if that's the case with others too? I've also read that they should notify us by August5th so I am waiting with my inquiry...but yeah, no news here

INPROCESS from 01-Mar-2011 onwards, Buffalo, no communication on any transfer.
I see that mostly applicants of who got there PER in Feb/ March of 2011 from Buffalo have been in limbo. Some of those who got the PER after March 2011 have been transferred to other VOs and are being processed.
So where did you hear about the possible communication by August 5th?

I am not 100% sure since i've been reading several different treads, but it could had been one for Buffalo applicants or one for Social Workers. The discussion was that they have 60 days no notify applicants after closing the Buffalo office, and that would be at the beginning of August. I was thinking about sending an email but i will wait until mid August. I don't even know where to send my email? Lets hope they'll get their act together with this new pause with new applications and that we will actually feel some progress!
