1) You have to submit PCC for both of you with the complete application (CHC asks for applicants before feb, 2008) Applicants after Feb 2008 have to send it with the complete set of documents.
2) You can send RPRF when CHC will ask for it. Generally CHC asks for it with medicals, PPR.
3) No need to get PCC request for embassy, you can apply for PCC without request.
4) Yes, we have to send 10 and 12 marks sheets too.
5) you mean notary public, yes he can certify translations
6) You have to send attested copy of all mark sheet and degree plus university will give transcripts in sealed envelop. University issues a certificate stating marks of all sms in sealed envelop.
Processing fee is to NS thats fine but pay RPRF when they ask for it
Why are you sending original mark sheet. CHC specifically mentioned dont send any originals unless specifically asked. and they have mentioned that they are not responsible for originals.
