I am gathering my documents before sending it for my citizenship application and I have few questions about application supporting documents.
It is mentioned that I need to submit supporting evidence from a Canadian medical practitioner.
Is this mandatory?
What is this document exactly? Is it from family doctor ?
What if I don't have family doctor?
