Hello all, new to the forum.
Im in the process of applying for PR under Common Law with my Canadian girlfriend of 4 years. Im on 6 months visitor status right now and will be willing to extend it should the outland process take longer however I have a question. Over the past 2 years ive had 2 overstays - its never been flagged when ive come back in to canada and i had no issues getting a 6 month visitor visa this time. SHould I mention this in the application?
