I tried to call them at +18882422100 using Viber and Dingtone. Viber doesn't connect at all while Dingtone tells "your call is not complete, please check the number you have dialed" and call ended

no updates in tracker since 19 April when BGC changes to in process n tracker. What could be the reason. its been a 1.5 months without any update.

Completely normal. In my case GCKey wasn't updated till I got my passports back. PR tracker is updated faster compared to GCKey.

My PR tracker was updated with COPR details 2-3 days after I got my RFV/PPR. So, I didn't see anything in my PR tracker.

However, I see that it is taking sometimes days or weeks for someone to receive their PPR/RFV after COPR details show up in tracker. Very variable tbh.

Hello, I am a Express Entry pnp applicant and got my AOR on 12th December 2022. Today I checked my application status using https://ircc-tracker-suivi.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/applications/details this website and shows my eligibility is completed. What does it mean? Does it mean I passed the A11.2 assessment?

Last update before this was BGS in progress on 19 April. Do we get ghost update in PR tracker as well?

That date is definitely misleading. Mine keeps updating months after receiving stamped passports. I'd not trust on it.

Try this on your tracker page(chrome): right click->inspect->console->Object->relations->0->history
There's a list of updates, a lot of which aren't shown on the frontend. For instance I have "IMM5794" created on 2023-04-28, which is my AOR date.
