I've got the same update yesterday on tracker but GCKEY was updated on the status to "Application/profile updated" but I don't see any changes

This is a ghost update. It means that they’re working on your application and you can expect some fresh updates soon. Usually, it’s the next step in the process. So, if the tracker shows your Background and Eligibility etc. are completed, and you’ve received this ghost update after that, then you may expect PPR any day now.

Thank you for your reply. The only thing missing to complete is background still shows "Your application is in progress...." on GCKEY and "Not started" on tracker.

I have been checking others response and this is what is I see.
IP1 is when your background status in GCKey is "application is in progress..." this means the officer is working on your application and simultaneously you would have received an ADR.
Next stage is status change on Background back to "we are processing your background..." this is IP2 which means you are close to receiving the golden email PPR.

tbh, no one has been able to prove what those GUs mean. They have proven to be both right and wrong at the same time. There are members with 3-4 GUs too, so take all of that with a grain of salt.

Yeah as long as they process our files quickly it's good

Thank you for your reply. The only thing missing to complete is background still shows "Your application is in progress...." on GCKEY and "Not started" on tracker.

In that case, it may take anywhere between a couple of days to a couple of weeks. When the status changes from “Your application is in progress…” to “We are processing your background check…”, that means the Background check is nearly done as well. Just stay patient, you’re nearly there.

That's good. You will receive ppr within 24hrs. May I know how long did it take for you to change from "application in progress " to "we are processing ".. I am waiting for a month in "application in processing "

Well COPR details have not yet been posted in the tracker so i doubt ill receive PPR within a few days. And unfortunately i didnt notice when the change was made in the gckey account. Does your tracker or the gckey account says "application in processing" ?

Yes my background in gckey is "application in progress" status. In tracker, it says eligibility "completed" and background "not started."

yes that probably means they are processing the background check and hopefully it will be changed to completed soon. For me almost after a month after completing my biometrics, BG check was stated was completed.

Completely normal. In my case GCKey wasn't updated till I got my passports back. PR tracker is updated faster compared to GCKey.

Hi everyone!
How long does it usually take for the golden email to come through after the ghost update, and everything being completed?
Eligibility, Background Check, Biometrics, and Medical Exam all show completed on the tracker since March 8th, but no movement or updates since.

Do those updates mean anything? If it does, I can check mine and see if anything updates/not updates post decision(passports stamped and returned).
