can anybody tell me why Indian students get their study permit in less time as compare to Pakistani students ? and their visa success ratio is also very high than Pakistani students ....
We do not prepare our case properly or what ?

only status of pakistan all over the world. i think CHC want vrey few people go canada every year.that is the only metter otherwise no time required for review a case.

The general student category in India also takes some time. The main difference is medical test.They submit the medical with the application and we are asked later on and secondly medical report of Pakistani students also goes to India for final decision....

Than why most of the students get their Medical Call so late ? At least they should get their Medical call within month if getting visa approval late after medical due to sending medical to India. very few students gets their medical call withing 50 days and you are one among them.

as far as i know, and knowledge says that, if medicals are an issue, then u shud always go for pre medicals by a DMP designated medical partner and secondly pakistan is a country in controversies, so it actually takes time to study the whole application...

If you check the CHC canada website they have mentioned the time taken to respond for student visa application of every country - for India they have quoted within 4 weeks to respond and for Pakistan applicants it is within 11 weeks...

There are no delays as such...The application processes are laid down in their rule book...

My cousin wants to study abroad, either UK or Canada. You are all humbly requested to shed some light on the advantages and disadvantages of both. He also want to work part time but at the same time interested in long term beneficial decision. Please also discuss the cost of studies in both countries.

hi,
chances for getting visa are too slim and processing time also too much now a days. many people are waiting for more then 6 month.If he want to go abroad for only study then UK is best study is affordable and good then canada. and visa chances also high.but if they want to go abroad for PR and work then CANADA is best.
