But the scene is that consultant says he saw online that my documents have reached.. now as he saw it online, he didnt save the paper work.. and as far as online is concerned, according to him,,, they dont keep such details for long online....

One word "Liar"

If he saw it online than how could he say that they don't kept such data for long time . . .

It's TCS responsibility to update there client regarding there documents because they charge extra to look after your documents.

Furthermore, if he has lost the slip than you wont be able to collect your documents as it's mandatory to show slip and give id card photocopy at the time of receiving.

Simple...us k pass TCS slip ho ge...jo k file submitt karaatay wakt us ko mili ho ge..!!us say wo lay lo,,if us k pass wo slip hai tou phr sure hai k us nay file submitt karaai hai,,nd u can also check dilivery status of ur file online...jst us slip per number ho ga wo track kar lo...!!!

If he make some lame excuses

Ask him at the time of sending your documents whose name and address he use . .

If it's users visit them and told them that you lost your slip here are the details re-issue me so I can track

@ramzero brother i did my foundation year in engineering form Thompson river university (uae campus ) and now applied for AD in civil engineering at seneca is that a good point that i already study abroad and how much max amount of property papers you need to show i jus show 150 million is that ok so any chance of getting visa??? realy confused about my bank statement it was on my name and amount it have is 44444$ candian dollar and i already paid my fee now jus waiting :'( for f##kng medical what u say about my case ;D

As, applicants for Ontario province getting there medical hell late. Just be patient Inshallah in this month you will get your medical call

No, you can not.. You can only track via gerrys portal if you have applied through gerrys
