My brother got rejected today for Stoufville college. We had a draft made for his entire fees and showed over 2500000 rs in my father's account for his studies, but nothing helped. reasons of rejections 1- purpose of visit 2- linited employment acpects in your country 3 - your personal assets and financial status.

In simple words what I have notice "Stoufville is being black listed in the eyes of CHC now"

Rejection doesn't mean you can't apply further CHC states when there is a significant change in your file than apply again for visa.

Right now I have given my case to Pakistani Canada Immigrant and he give me various options and roots which you can't find from local market.

I know almost each and every good consultant in Karachi but non of them have enough source.

Rest is your own choice bro I am not his agent but where you loose your enough amount and time it's better to give nominal fee to him and secure your efforts.

As per their email within 14days but they are hell lazy to reply email. And if you don't get reply within 7 days than again send them email.
