I think you are just wasting your time. y are u not calling IOM Islamabad? It will take some time (5 to 10 minutes due to heavy load of applicant), after that agent will receive your call.

Yesterday from 1pm-4pm (their office tyming) the recording was same in which they ask for email with details.
Today morning I just called and the recording asked to wait and Alhumdulillah I have got appointment.

yeah man you have visa you can land anywhere in canada and go anywhere you want.
yeah they wil issue you study permit wherever you land. all airports having international flights must have immigration department. other things mean?

Also I can not access the 2013 excel detail sheet, it doesn't open why?

Yes CHC has revised the time to 26 weeks
Inam you can get sheet in my signature
Person who has right to change the sheet I think does not use forum
