Same case as me, i returned passport on 29nov
There are chances of visa by friday!!!

SAme for me, I returned my pp on 19 Dec and classes start from 3rd Jan 2012 .... and waiting waiting & Waiting .....

do you have any idea about the validity of CAQ .... Uptill when is the caq valid ? And what is the procedure for renewal of CAQ?

i applied for visa on 28th may 2012 and got medical on 2nd july 2012 - got my CAQ in April but em still waiting for the visa .
so i wana know uptill when its valid ...

Dear Friends ,

I would like to ask you i got admission letter from College without IELTS do i need to have IELTS for Study permit application or IELTS is compulsory Requirement of Canadian High Commission and if i applied without IELTS is my visa chances less or not .

You have to do ielts if you want study permit

You must take your IELTS test for enhancing your chances of getting visa.

If your admission is unconditional then you don't need IELTS, if your admission requires you to take it, only then is it compulsory. My friend got his visa without IELTS. However it is better to take the test of course.
