I did email to CHC 15 days ago, they replied me today and have given me my Specific File Number for further quires. as well as the following message :

Dear Client,

I have a route through heathrow london, i did not know this visa transit thing before. I checked the UK visa border website which says that one needs a transit airside visa (if from Pakistan). I became furious at my travel agent not to have informed me this before! She in reply said that this rule has been changed 3 years ago, she will send me the ruling by email in a while. Lets see....i am a little confused, might have to rebook!

Any tips, what should I show if I want to apply again?
