Your file number should suffice but I've seen a lot of students writing a cover letter. If you like you may write something like dear visa officer, please find my updated letter of acceptance along with my passport. Sincerely,<your name><file number>

Some people also attach medical receipt for proof but I wouldn't make things so complicated. maybe other experience students will have different opinion. You may wait on experts to respond.

doesn't matter, but its preferred that you should write it the same way.

write muhammad bilal. after that they will write bilal muhammad on your visa. because eu/can/aus/us all of them write family name first on visa. but you have to write the name as the way mentioned in your LOA,Passport and educational documents.

momi bhai main ny medical k bad aj apna passport send karna hai... main ny Updated LOA ka print ly kar sath attach karne laga hon...lakeen mujhe samjh main nahi a raha k cover letter main kia likhna hai...plz mom bhai and any one tell me...

sheet needs to be updated. arsalan zahid and inam are not being seen since yesterday. so ramzero you needs to do some thing about it on urgent basis

no just send on the normal email address mentioned on their website and also fax them as well. a month ago a guy on this forum emailed and faxed them and got the documents back within a week.
What about rahmat shah? has he been refused caz haven't seen him on the forum for last month.I m from Mardan any way
