The issue was also being a college student i feel. So i cant risk with college now. Will go for uni nd better funds. But running finance is acceptd that i know as many students go for it.

It is finances/loan offered by a bank against property, stocks etc.

Yes It will take may be more than 1 month, but I have to join thin September, College Admission officer and international Advisr said it ok to join late, I have submitted complete fee of 1 year of comlete program, and I just need to prove that I can join thins intake if College provide me updated LOA for this September or even October..

when you send your PP back attach the print out of this email in which college representative said you can join late.

you can apply anytime before the dead line.
some universities give you admission after one month by just checking your eligibility and other wait till the deadline, then they choose the best ones among the applications received.
if you apply in the second type you will get some news way after deadline say two months.

momi bhai i thing problem is that Pakistan chc wants atleast 6 months statement but some people start running finance facility and show only 1 to 3 months statement which is not enough no matter how much fund do you show

This could be the reason, if u show enough amount with proper and valid source there is no reason that they reject u on finance...
