I am an international student who is completing a 2 year post graduate program in Canada. I recently applied for FSW category 3.
I gathered my documents(IELTS,clearance reports, work contracts, transcripts and so on) in 3 months and sent them to Buffalo in the first week of April.
I now realized I should have sent a simplified application to Sydney due to new regulations.

i think according to the new rules stated in their website (New: All applicants in the Federal Skilled Worker Class, must submit their initial application to the Centralized Intake Office in Canada as of April 1, 2009.)i think they will send you back your application and instruct you to send it to the right address in sydny nova scotia it will not be a big problem the only thing will be a matter of time because these corespondence take time to be corrected
I am in the same situation, I submitted my application to Buffalo instead of Sydney, it was received in Buffalo on 7th April. Is it not possible for Buffalo to process it that way or send it to Sydney if need be??
