With reference to the subject i have send the draft with the application through a lawyer in Canada and Draft was made in the name of "Receiver General For Canada" last Nov'08, my application with draft has gone to Nova Scotia. But in the process they have lost my draft and i had to make a new one in Jun'09 and till now it has not been withdrawn, since the draft has the validity of 6 months it expires in this Dec'09.
Please help as i need to know why aren't they withdrawing my draft? and unless they don't i won't be able to get my file number.
ask for proof that your lawyer sent your application and tracking number. verify if it has reached NS first then ask your lawyer do the work to send a letter inquiring the same.
Thank you for your reply. But upon checking with the lawyer they have done several enquiries with Nova Scotia but no answer from them. What next can be done to know whether they have accepted my application or not? Please help.
