Dear all
I had purchased a draft (980CAD)from Toronto-Diminio bank for my immigration process(pay to the Reciever General for Canada) on 2010-01-22 and sent it with my other documents to embassy of Canada in March 2010. As my immigration processing took a long time, they send back the draft two month ago because it was 6 month valid from the date of issue.
I am not in Canada. How can I get refund the draft?
