Just to update you all, that I received the letter from Immigration Officer, asking for few documents including updated Police Report, Marriage Certificate, Photo of child and the updated following forms:
- IMM0008
- New Schedule A Background/Declaration Form
- IMM5406
- IMM5562E
The documents has to be submitted within 90 days.
The count down is started........tick ....... tick...... tick........ tick.....
Gud boy...they ask for it because when we apply in 2010, the forms had no bar codes yet and because it's been ages ago they want an updated information...After to you submit these forms it will take another 2 months that they will update in you E-CAS that they started reviewing and processing your application with exact date when they started working on your file.
Im a March 2010 applicant and got 2nd AOR on June 2010.
Do anyone has any idea that after submitting these documents, how long is it going to take for the next step???? The last date to submit the documents is 5 May 2012.
After I have done on updated forms, it takes almost 2 months when it was Reviewed and started processing and barely after 2 weeks got the MR request received via post together with request for the PCC.

Yours is different from mine coz VO-Sydney requested first updated forms, PCC and photos in December 2011 before it was reviewed and started processing last Feb 2012.
I've to submit updated forms along with PCC and the last date of submission is 5 May 2012. If I submit my documents now, will VO will open my case before 5th May or after the dead line?
One more thing is that I've been asked to submit the CAD490 for Right of Permanent Residency Fee...... I've not done my Medical but the asked the fee. Isn't it strange!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Your case is so different and it seems not align to existing procedure...hehehehe.
As I understand, after 2nd AOR, the next updated is In Process, then months gone by, VO will request for updated forms and will give 4 months to compleate all the documents including PCC. This time, every applicant should sumbit the updated forms and documents as early as possible so that you're first in queu.
After they received the updated forms, on my case almost 2 months my ECAS was updated to Reviewed and started processing and in 2 weeks time, I received the MR without right of landing fee. It only advised me that interview was waived and requested updated copy of PCC where I am currently coz we are not in our my home country.

I received medical after 2 months of submitting the required documents. We did medical but my wife couldnt do x-ray, as she was pregnant. Later we also recieved the x-ray request too. Now we have done the x-ray and also submitted the new born documents. Now waiting.....
Lets see if they are going to send medical for new born or directly ask for passport.
