We just had our application returned unprocessed. In the explanation letter they sent me they said that we all applications need to have form 1344 August version. That we didn't have so I will update it. But the letter also says 0008 June version. We DID have that version included. Also 5669 December 2012 version. We had that included. So anyway my question is why would they say we needed those forms when we included 2 of those 3? Do they just send a pre-done e-mail to with all the returned applications? Also since there is no uci number I guess that we start from zero; not put back in the queue with the August applications? Any advice?
You will need to resend your application with all current and up to date forms or they will continue to send it back
Also - in the letter they sent you, did it include a agents name to send the file back to? When ours was sent back - for missing a signature - we didn't get a UCI number but was told to send it back attn so and so. If the letter says this then you won't have to start all over again. If it doesn't have it then I am pretty sure the wait times start all over
They didn't even start to process it so there is no number. And the "funny" thing is when I checked the forms well I noticed that NONE of our forms were outdated. Somebody on CIC's end made a mistake or just didn't check well and sent our app back. I have written a letter to them to attach with our application asking them to put it back in the queue. Let's see how they screw it up this time.
