I am currently working on my wife's inland spousal application.
My wife was born in Kuwait, hence her birth certificate is in Arabic. Both of us are Indian Citizens.
In her application for the birth certificate, I had put a copy a arabic birth certificate(certified by the translator) and a copy of the certified translation.
The application was returned and the reason was
1)a certified copy of the original document
2)a certified translation document
