anybody knows what happen from application way back in 2004 ,my relatives in the Philippines applied for independent immigrant to Canada and hav't hear anything except they have theit b-file number.any help will be appreciated.

Old applications are in The cold storage, there seems to be no resolution for those applicants in the near future. Though you never know.
