Yeah, you are absolutely right, canuck_in_uk.
So I would like to know what should I fill in the "Current Country of Residence"? Canada or India. I am planning to post the application before my travel on 14th April 2013.
Put Canada. Once they have received your app, you can then send them a Case Specific Enquiry with your new address in India.
I am attaching a covering letter explaining the details why Current Country of residence is Canada and why I have given mailing address in India. Will this be okay?
What is Case Specific Enquiry?

Once your file is transferred to New Delhi, a CSE is pretty much the only way to contact them. It is like emailing them, except you have to go through this link https://dmp-portal.cic.gc.ca/cicemail/intro-eng.aspx?mission=new%20delhi.
Thanks a ton, canuck_in_uk.
Once I post the application and have the file transferred to New Delhi, I will contact them and update the details.
Thanks once again!
