Application for parents

My spouse and I are on H1b visa, working in USA. My parents will be visiting us on B1/B2 visa. We want to visit Canada together. Can I submit all 4 (me, spouse and parents) applications for Canada visitor visa together or will I need to file my parents applications separately?

But they are already in USA. Should I still apply for them? Also can I show that I am sponsoring their trip in their application?

They should apply on their own. They should sponsor their own trip.
