Can somebody tell me if I can apply for Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program without having Connection to Manitoba, job offer or education in Manitoba? But, I fulfill the rest of the requirements: MA educated, 6.5 IELTS bank score, 24 years old, never lived in Canada.

Yes you can apply to a scheme referred to as the 'Strategic Initiative' program, so have a good read on this website (http://www.immigratemanitoba.com/how-to-immigrate/apply/exploratory-visits/). Unfortunately requests for exploratory visits are on hold en ce moment. so watch out for the site. you may also want to consider the Morden. So here's wishing you all the best.

Thank you very much for the answer. I checked for Morden, but my profession is not listed to them. Yet, if I could make a friend in Manitoba to help me regarding the settling plan as it is requested by MPNP, that would be great!

Exactly!! I have a friend there, I have lost contact with the person for a few years now, and I am trying to get across to as if she'd would be willing to sponsor me, but I have not got any feedback from her yet, fingers crossed, but if not, then the exploratory visit will be my best option.

@Omofar Did you submit an application to Morden? Are these the only priority skilled workers needed ?: NOTE: For the months of July and August of 2013, our initiative will primarily be targeting applicants with experience in manufacturing, machine operation, construction and welding.
thanks...
Omofar, nice to meet you here .
I checked the site yesterday and i saw what Tringa is talking about. They did not actually list those professions like that. Exprience in manufacturing, Construction , Production and i think engineering related

I did submit an application to Morden, I got a feedback stating my credentials would be considered bu August, my field of expertise is not in the list of priority profession, but I'm just hoping they might consider my ability to adapt and establish myself economically within the city. So here's wishing you all the best.
