Just received IRCC's response to the webform I submitted last week and it has thrown me into a mire of confusion !!!
It states, The medicals of my daughter have not been received yet!!
What could that possibly mean? Mine is an online application and I have uploaded all docs requested. After we did our medicals, there was even an additional doc request for my daughter and we completed that a week later. (I'm guessing the hospital wouldn't have missed to upload that in their eMedical).
Aside the possibility of the hospital missing to upload my daughter's file in eMedical, could there be any other explanation?? And if they did miss, what is that I can possibly do now?

Medicals today takes time of accepting\reviewing.
Worth checking if they did receive the emedical form at least.
Try also to send a webform again with the emedical sheet just in case.
Happened the same to me, I submitted on June 9, 2020 the sheets and only on November 5 they approved\started to review.

Is it too early to raise a web form or GCMS notes regarding my PR application? Its being just a one month since I applied(through consultant). I have received BOWP so I'm pretty sure R10 is done. Literally, my consultant will be able to follow up with the VO?

I'm also from BC (Victoria), I got BC PNP(Canadian experience class- Express entry) last year. So I'm wondering that 21 months processing time on citinews?
I see on IRCC 6 months processing time for express entry applicants.
