Physical presence calculator form - Shall I use Visitor Visa OR Work Permit? This is for my wife.
I don't have an issue showing eligibility duration for my wife as we are in Canada from last 6 years since 2015.
I want your advice - which one should be used? if any reason. I am thinking of work permit.
1] Visitor Visa
2016-11 to 2017-10
2] Open Work Permit – 16 days gap between below two work permit
2016-11 to 2017-05-07
2017-05-23 to 2017-10

If your wife was on a OWP, then you cannot use visitor visa, you will have to select Temporary Worker in "type"

I assumed that you would sign the application by 3rd Dec 2021 hence the 5 yr validity is upto 2nd Dec 2021

One question about Employment Details for wife
She was working for one consultancy on contract and they provided her T4A. No paystub. Client was Scotiabank.
How to put this in form? Don't have any documents to prove that she was working with Scotiabank.
Can I put it like below?
Occupation - Software Tester
Name of Employer - 123 Ontario INC. (Incorporation name mentioned on T4A)
Address - ABC (Consultancy address which mentioned on T4A)

Question about work history. Do i have to include work that I didnt include when I applied for my PR? I did not claim points for it in express entry anyway.

2018 OCT to PRESENT - CANADA (Permanent Resident)
According Question 10B) I Checked : "YES" as a response, for 183 days or more outside Canada in last 4 years.
Now my question is : For answering PCC part,
Should I obtain a Police Clearance Certificate from INDIA ?

what is the EXPLANATION to write in this case (If PCC is not necessary as India is my country of origin before Permanent Resident)

If you didn't stay in India for 183 days or more after becoming a PR AND if India was your country of origin before you established PR in Canada, you do NOT need to submit a PCC.
You will check YES to the question and provide an explanation "Not providing PCC for India because India was country of origin immediately before establishing Permanent Residence in Canada" or something to that note.
