Application Fees Refunded!!!

Hi,

I am applying Canada Immigration from India (New Delhi) along with my family.

I would like to know;

i) if Application fees would be refunded in case my application gets rejected due to any reason.

ii) If it gets approved and starts the process, how long will it take from India/

Looking for answers.

refunded if rejected at initial screening level in NS. this is for FSW-I.

If rejected during final assessment, it's not refunded... that's my understanding.. seniors should clarify...


for Q2, info is insufficient... check on trackitt.com. Many ppl have posted their case over there. For FSW-I, the changed process started in Nov 08 says 6-12 months timeframe for PR

Nova Scotia- if Rejected----Full REFUND

LOCAL CIC OFFICE
INITIAL REVIEW
ELIGIBILITY REVIEW---IF Rejected---FULL REFUND
PROCESS----if your application is succesful in eligibility review and is rejected aftre PROCESSING---NO REFUND

PS: Most of the information is on CIC website/Information manual. I sugeest that read the information throoughly on CIC Website or manual.
