application cancelled and then reopened. question for those in this situaction

Yay my app re-opened. Now it shows open in status. Medical passed. Background chk in process.
They have asked me to repay within 7 days. But i had repaid them already and sent receipt via cse.
I guess someone has not seen my cse and not attached to my file.
How can i make sure they know that i have repaid already? Send another cse tht i have repaid?
Any thoughts?

i would sent the receipt again with a cse.
I hope mine gets the open status soon :/

My application which was re-instated on Sept 16th but was showing "cancelled as incomplete" has been restored on my cic That took a long time.

Although my profile still shows Cancelled in the main page, but when i go to check deltails the status shows open and medical passed...
I guess its just a technical glitch which CIC has not been able to figure out.
I am going to send a new CSE attaching my payment receipt again.

I am sure your file will open very soon.

hahaha 8) Mine is now opened as well the same like yours, on the main page it still reads as closed, but inside it says: Open.

I had acess before, but when they closed my application ecas got suspended as well.

It is not crucial to an application, but sometimes it shows progres more accuratly than mycic.

It would be nice to have it again

Mine has been reopened as well!! Also my ecas is opened too, I only have 2 lines:

1.We received your application for permanent residence on July 13, 2015.
2.We started processing your application on July 21, 2015.

What a wonderful day for us! I wish they could prioritirize our applications as they are very late and it's not our fault but I guess this is not their concern... now Im gonna check stats to see when we could expect the final decision...any supposition?

I also have only two lines:

Did you notice how they seem to work each issue separately? for example, they reopened many applications the same day, and now they opened our applications around the same time.

I hope it will be smooth sailing from now on., my nerves are just about at the end, and I don't know how much stress I can stand :/

main page isnt the most important. as long as your status still shows open and background check in process it should be ok
