Hi. I have a situation here. Sponsor was find ineligible because his ex took social assistance hence PR was refused. The amount has been paid and even got a letter from debt recovery that the amount has been fully paid to the satisfaction of that province. A second application had been made after that. Will there be any issue?
Or will the processing time takes longer because it's a second application?

There shouldn't be an issue if the social assistance has been fully paid off. Processing might take a bit longer because IRCC will likely need to verify that no money is outstanding. But it shouldn't take that much longer.
