But I read some incidents where implied status was not considered by officer. This make me nervous.
I got the implied status as I applied for Work Permit extension which was subsequently rejected because LMO was not received.
LMO took longer time due to CIC strike.
But all the above period of implied status I continued to work in Canada with same employer performing same duties.
If there are any applicants with implied status in their CEC qualified period and has decision made on their CEC application would like to know their outcome. Also some one in same situation has some knowledge about it please share.
It counts. There is not a single reason that your experience while on Implied Status shouldn't be considered (unless you did something illegal, which seems it is not the case).

CIC doesn't process LMOs. ESDC does, and as far as I know, they did not go on strike.
Some applications using experience on implied status have been refused, for 2 reasons:
a) the VO made a mistake
b) the application for a work permit was deemed incomplete (e.g. applicant needed an LMO but didn't apply for one).
This also happened more before the statement was added to the OP 25A about implied status. So if for some reason, the experience is not considered, you can appeal.
