my buddy sent his app 2 weeks after me and did his test already...
i should not include my email...

It appears they are moving really fast .My application got in process on 9th of Jan . Today I got my status updated that it has ben transferred to my local office .

However , I know its gonna take long for me as my local office is one of the slowest

Sometimes I feel like I can't wait anymore. LOL. I think I am being restless as my current passport is expiring soon and I do not want to renew and do no more documentation..

That happened with my PR card. I thought I would not need to renew it. It expired in June. After this so called new routine I have sent my renewal application.

Hey informatics, My application status got set to "In Process" on Jan 9th too. Although, my ecas has not been updated yet. Hopefully soon ...

I have been checking this site and ECAS for so long now it is getting tedious. I got my email CIC on the 23rd of Sept and i have no update since then, it seems so many more are able to at least access ECAS. Moan, Moan MOAN!

That s great! U guys are very lucky. Most of u got tranferred to local office wthin 1, 2, 4 days or 1,2 weeks after In Process date. Mine - after 6 weeks lol.. But still happy though becuz finnally it s w local office.
My app was in process Dec 2, got transferred Jan 9.
