Hi sraj07
Congrats on your ITA . I had applied FBI pcc last year for FSW( 2 times). Both the cases i got the report as i have taken clear prints from local police station . They rolled the finger from left to right.
So i believe that i'll get the FBI report on time and more over they will give you 60 days to 3 months for submitting the report. If you give CIC proper proof of sending the application to FBI, they will start processing your file without FBI .
It will be asked only in the final stage .
I had requested 2 FBI report recently . One in July 20th and another in Aug 5th. (Hope at least one will work)
Expecting a positive news from CIC and FBI

Hi,
Congratulations! I have a question about applying for provincial nomination from the US. I applied for ON nomination programme, and recently I got the feedback from the ON immigration office. I was told that my intent to live and work in ON is strong enough, so I needs to provide additional documents listed below to support my application. It sounds to me that the officer worried that we would not go to ON even if our application is approved.
1. Job offers or jobs applied/interviewed for in Ontario;
2. Volunteer work in Ontario;
3. Lease agreements for a residence in Ontario or property ownership;
4. Professional networks and affiliations;
5. Family ties
I don't know whether anybody have met this problem before. Any suggestion is highly appreciated!

Hey Dobes.. Its an honor to have the same NOC code as a hero member

.. Well you'll see from my other posts that my NOC may actually lead to my application rejection... I have 10 years of 'Marketing experience'.. About 5 years of which were in Classic Marketing research.. 4 years as a Data Analyst.. and that last year I switched to International Marketing (a lot of upstream and downstream activities)... After I submitted my application, I started reading a lot about other applicants getting their application rejected due to an inaccurate NOC code... I got curious and searched for more 'Marketing' noc codes, and i realized that the NOC code that fits my experience much better is 4163 "Business development officers and marketing researchers and consultants"... I'm just super dumb for not doing my due diligence while researching noc codes BEFORE actually submitting the application... IF they reject my application, I will have deserved it... What about you? what do you do?
