Me. AOR September 19th. Still waiting.
Called CIC last night and confirmed that eligibility was met and only Background was pending.
Ordered GCMS notes but not sure if they'll even help.
cannot tell you how my entire life is on hold at the moment.

Gosh i feel the same...AOR was sept 16th but some documents were submitted late so i keep telling myself maybe thats why its late...
hope PPR comes soon...
BTW can we call up CIC even though we applied through a consultant? will the UCI and application number be sufficient to ask for details?

Your profile number which starts with EE, date of birth, UCI number and a few follow up questions would be asked by IRCC to get information about your application. In most cases, consultants process applications using a master account so that is why it is difficult to get reliable updates. You should expect the PPR anytime soon. All the best!!!

well, I did try but that university isn’t in the drop down. I mean University of the west of Scotland... but WES does evaluate if it’s a recognized university isn’t it? It’s under the University grant Commission though

Yes I'm pretty sure you can proceed with the ECA. Just enter University of the West of Scotland and mention the exact start and end dates. Not all the UK universities are listed on the drop down list.
Like in my case Cardiff Metropolitan University wasn't listed on the drop-down when I was in the process of doing my ECA from WES but my ECA still turned out positive. Hope this helps!!!
Apologies if i am asking a question which was already answered .
I got the ITA in October and applied early November . By Feb the status was checking background . And by Now april its the same and estimated time say May 2.
What should i expect ????? Will it go beyond that time line ?

The current trends show a processing time of 5-8 months. Have you tried contacting IRCC to check your status. To get a comprehensive update about your file order GCMS notes once you have hit the 180 day mark. Hope this helps!!!
Have you ordered GCMS notes? It would give a comprehensive detail to your file. It would also trigger the case processing officer to look into your file if it has been idle. Your PPR is hopefully on the way!!!
When you apply for a SL PCC online, the date range defaults to ending on the day you applied for it right? For example, if you applied for it on 28th of Feb, it'll say I haven't come in to any adverse contact from [dob] - Feb 28 2019 on the report, and the report itself was issued two weeks later. Is this ok even though it doesn't say anything about the rest of my stay in SL? I'm worried CIC will say the dates are wrong since I''ve been in the country past Feb 28th too.
I received my PPR earlier this week (AOR Nov 20th) and submitted my passport too. Is anyone here post PPR and received the COPR ?. Any idea how long Colombo IRCC office takes to process it ?
