Consulate General for the D.S.R f Sri Lanka,

Got the medial done.
Here's what they'll check..

Dr. will ask if you are on any medications, had any injuries or did any surgeries.
Check your blood pressure.
Physical checkup.
Blood Test.
Urine Test.
Chest Xray.
Height/Weight and Vision Test.

Whole process wont take more than 3 hours.

How did u get your Police Report?

I need to renew my one coz i took it around last December. You filled the form and then handed over the application to Police? Where should I go to hand over? what documents should I take with me?

I used the online application. You have to upload scanned copies of your NIC, Birth certificate etc.
They post it to home in a weeks time..

Did you apply after ITA? Does it have a report upto date? Is it issued under your NIC no. or Passport no.? Where you from, coz I got mine and spouses after 14 days?

I got it also around 14 days. Only NIC is mentioned in there. But luckily Sri Lankan passport has NIC number.
