As far as I know no any such cross checks regarding my file have been carried out by NDVO. I had to wait for around 3 months after PER. You can check my time line too.

yeah it was, but for later days applicants is shall be much lesser time. Did u send your application last time as well? Are u applying it yourself or hired a consultant?

Yes, I had applied in FSWP 2013 too and my file was returned due to cap. I had hired consultant last time, but this time I applied myself. And what about you?? applied yourself or through consultant??

All consultants r crap in ktm... It's better to follow the blog n guidance from some friends rather than to hire them... The fees can be spent rather in application fee or the right of landing fee... I can help anyone personally for free if seeking help regarding application.

I also have the same feeling but while I was planning I did not know anything, but after referring to this forum I found all that was waste of money, they all ask for each details of docs to be submitted and just fill some forms and they are done. It is all because of our documents and experience and education we get PR not their effort. They take around 2,500K per case.Besides they do not have that thorough knowledge as the forum member posses referring the forum.

Yes Pushpita You are absolutely right. Last time I had hired reputed consultant of Nepal ( office located in Panipokhari, I guess you know the name), I was pretty fast in preparing documents and gave him all the documents in time i.e before May 04(FSWP's launching date) but he misplaced my academic certificates in his Canadian office which was sent for ECA and it took more than 15 days to find the documents. Consequently, my application didn't fall in CAP last year. I ended up losing 500 USD which they took as a registration charge. Therefore, this year I applied myself visiting CIC website and obviously the role of this forum can not be undermined.

May be I am one of the early Nepali applicant. I applied on may 7 the under 2174. I received PER long back and they started processing my application on 11 sept. Its been exactly two months today and still now sign of MR. I am depressed hopeless and wht else
They are giving priorities to Indian apps only which is not fair. I think they will start looking into our app on December before the express entry starts.
This wait is killing me. I applied on my own and have spent 1 lakh by now. How many neplai got MR BTW?

I don think so nepsam, I am also one of the early applicants and like you applied myself. I have already received MR and they sent me the MR mail in the following day of "processing started " line on ECAS. So I don think there is any partiality based on our Nationality.
