hi guys my wife's pp expire next november so i made the new one and its mrp, my 2nd line is updated on 28th oct.... now do i need to notify ndvo regarding change in pp and if i do so wht will be the pros n cons.... does it mean there will be delay in MR...

Same here. during my initial application i sent the old passport copies now i am in the process of getting MRP passsport. when NDVO requests for passport and medical details you can send the old passport copy and new passport copy with a cover letter explaining your situation. thats what i am planning to also do.

Mine was also updated on 12-12-2014. applicant of 26 June and PER on 23rd Oct. What does it imply if any applicant gets his second line updated. Does it mean the background check is all done and MR is coming?

Nope,they just began processing your application in the visa office after it was evaluated by CIO. You can assume that you will be getting MR in the near future.However,they do not carry out further verification as long as your file has no signs of suspicion.

Be ready for medical examinations.
