I received an update/fourth line: Decision Made and office will contact you regarding the decision. Thank you everyone in this forum, your suggestions and comments always made me stronger during my difficult times and act accordingly to those situations. Can anyone comment what happens next? Do i get passport request or more documents? If passport request, how many days/weeks it will take?
I landed yesterday and everything was good. The officer asked for Bank statement. I had 6 month bank statement to be safe, but the officer told me that the last month statement is enough.
Any news about PPR or "Decision Made" for October Applicants? It has been more than two months since I did my medicals and this long wait time makes me worried.
We are all in the same boat. I don't think there is anything to be worried about. They just slowed than the process. lucky us! I saw an August applicant on the ottawa thread that just got his PPR. And we have few more Sep applicants still waiting.
Yes, I guess so! I have heard and noticed in this forum that border officers have asked proof of funds while landing. Sometimes they might have not asked for it. This mostly applies to people who are coming to Canada for the first time. In your case, You should be fine as you are already in Canada. Its not hard pressing issue as long as you take a outstanding balance with you while landing. They also need to understand that you are surviving and established here. Hope seniors could provide more insights into this.

Do we need to show $11,939 in bank while landing ?

I have a question after reading my CoPR: there is a mistake relate to my original entry date into Canada. It says the second time I came to Canada when I finished visiting home in 2012. Actually, my first date of entry should be one year earlier in 2011, when I start my program here. Is this a big problem?
I hate to send it back to CPC-O to correct it. Sad

It happened to lots of people. I asked the officer about this when I landed and he said it doesn't matter. The most important date is the date you become a PR. And I guess as long as you have the stamp on your passport and your study permit proving your first entry to Canada, it's fine.
Congratulations to all people with the good news recently.
