. turned out the problem was with my billing address. I have recently changed my home address, and I did update my bank account, but for some weird reason the bank only updated the debit card account address, not the credit card :'( I figured out this problem early this morning and called the bank to update the address, and I thought I had it all settled down. But it turned out that it takes some time for the address change to be effective (a lot of time indeed, almost 12 hours).
Anyway, now that is done can anyone help with how to email the receipt. It has many empty fields for the UCI, address, date of birth, ....
Are we supposed to fill these fields out, scan the receipt and send it back, or send it out with these empty fields as is. Also what information to include in the email? Just the application number or again the date of birth, UCI, ....
